¿Qué y cuánto pescado comer para tener un suministro adecuado de omega-3?

LA FDA y los Organismos internacionales relacionados con la Nutrición recomiendan el consumo de pescado con niveles altos de ácidos omega 3 (principalmente EPA y DHA, unos 500 mg/dia)) y bajos en mercurio. He aquí una tabla de sus valores en pescados y mariscos:
